These 4 special classes will focus on many aspects of creating original marine paintings.
The information to be presented is for artists who work in watercolor, oil, or acrylic.
This class is not for beginners, some experience in painting is required.
Topics covered in these "workshop classes" will include:
- Gathering photographic reference materials, including; what types of cameras are best- understanding how to capture your subject - recognizing lens distortions.
- Sketching and making notes on location.
- Color mixing and color studies.
- Painting techniques for various mediums as they pertain to this type of subject.
